What Do the Registration Fees Include?
All registered participants receive access to the following congress activities.
Scientific Sessions
Full access to all oral presentations, symposia, and plenary lectures (excluding ticketed or invitation-only sessions).
Industry Sessions
Access to industry-sponsored presentations, product showcases, and satellite symposia throughout the congress.
Exhibition Area
Unrestricted access to the exhibition floor featuring the latest research tools, publications, and industry partners.
Welcome Reception
Invitation to the official welcome reception — a key networking event opening the congress on April 6, 2027.
Refreshments
Coffee breaks and refreshments during the congress as indicated in the official program schedule.
Congress Materials
Access to the congress app, abstract book, and all digital materials distributed to registered participants.
Payment & Cancellation
All payments are processed securely. Please review our cancellation policy before registering.
Credit / Debit Card
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted. Payment is processed immediately upon submission.
Bank Transfer
An additional €30 handling fee applies. All bank charges are the responsibility of the payer. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of funds.

Before Early Bird Deadline
Full refund issued. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to the registration office.
Between Early Bird & Regular Deadline
50% refund issued. The remaining 50% of the registration fee is non-refundable.
After Regular Deadline / Onsite
No refund issued. Registration fees are non-refundable for late cancellations.
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.
