* Student / Postdoc Rate: An official institutional letter confirming student or postdoctoral status must be submitted at the time of registration.

** Low-Income Country Rate: Participants affiliated with institutions in low-income countries (as defined by the latest World Bank classification) are eligible for a special reduced rate. Supporting documentation must be submitted at the time of registration.

All registered participants receive access to the following congress activities.

Scientific Sessions

Full access to all oral presentations, symposia, and plenary lectures (excluding ticketed or invitation-only sessions).

Unrestricted access to the exhibition floor featuring the latest research tools, publications, and industry partners.

Payment & Cancellation

All payments are processed securely. Please review our cancellation policy before registering.

Payment Methods

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted. Payment is processed immediately upon submission.

Bank Transfer

An additional €30 handling fee applies. All bank charges are the responsibility of the payer. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of funds.

Cancellation Policy

Before Early Bird Deadline

Full refund issued. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to the registration office.

Between Early Bird & Regular Deadline

50% refund issued. The remaining 50% of the registration fee is non-refundable.

After Regular Deadline / Onsite

No refund issued. Registration fees are non-refundable for late cancellations.

Refund method: All refunds are issued exclusively through the same payment channel used for the original payment. Payments made by credit card are refunded only to the same credit card used for the original transaction; refunds cannot be made to a different card, to third-party accounts, or in cash.

Refund process:

Approved refund requests are processed within 14 days; bank posting times may vary.
Refunds are issued in EUR — no exchange-rate difference is applied. Cancellations before the Early Bird deadline are refunded in full (100%) with no fee; a 5% payment-processing fee is deducted from refunds for cancellations after the Early Bird deadline.
If the original credit card is closed or inactive, the refund is made to a bank account held in the payer's own name (proof of account ownership required).
If the congress is cancelled by the organizer, all fees are refunded in full, without deduction, within 14 days. If the congress is postponed or the venue changes, registrations remain valid for the new date/venue; participants unable to attend may request a full refund in writing within 30 days of the announcement.

Bank transfer handling fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.

Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.
