Pricing & Payment

All prices are per person in EUR and include transportation from the venue, English-speaking guide, and entrance fees. Meals are included where indicated. Payment is made during congress registration.

Departure & Transport

All tours depart from Titanic Deluxe Golf Belek by comfortable air-conditioned coach. Exact departure times and pick-up points will be confirmed via email after booking.

Physical Requirements

Most tours involve moderate walking on uneven ancient surfaces. The rafting tour requires basic fitness. Please inform the organiser of any mobility limitations at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour are fully refunded. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. The organiser reserves the right to cancel tours due to insufficient participants or force majeure.
