2KONU / SUBJECT

İşbu sözleşme, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği kapsamında, Alıcı'nın 8th World Congress on Leishmaniasis (WorldLeish8) kongresine (6–10 Nisan 2027, Antalya, Türkiye) kayıt hizmeti satın almasına ilişkin hak ve yükümlülükleri düzenlemektedir.

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the Buyer in connection with the purchase of a registration service for the 8th World Congress on Leishmaniasis (WorldLeish8) (April 6–10, 2027, Antalya, Türkiye), within the scope of Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3HİZMET BİLGİLERİ / SERVICE DETAILS

Satın alınan hizmet; kongre kayıt kategorisine göre belirlenen oturumlara katılım, kongre materyalleri ve kayıt paketinde yer alan diğer faaliyetleri kapsamaktadır. Konaklama seçilmiş ise otel rezervasyonu da dahildir.

The purchased service covers attendance at congress sessions as determined by the registration category, congress materials, and other activities included in the registration package. If accommodation has been selected, hotel reservation is also included.

4ÜCRET VE ÖDEME / FEE AND PAYMENT

Toplam tutar, kayıt kategorisine ve seçilen konaklama seçeneğine göre belirlenir ve ödeme sayfasında Alıcı'ya açıkça gösterilir. Ödeme, Garanti BBVA Sanal POS altyapısı üzerinden 3D Secure yöntemiyle güvenli biçimde gerçekleştirilir. Kart bilgileri yalnızca banka tarafından işlenir; Satıcı tarafından saklanmaz.

The total amount is determined according to the registration category and selected accommodation option, and is clearly displayed to the Buyer on the payment page. Payment is processed securely via Garanti BBVA Virtual POS using the 3D Secure method. Card details are processed solely by the bank and are not stored by the Seller.

5İPTAL VE İADE / CANCELLATION AND REFUND

6CAYMA HAKKI / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6502 sayılı Kanun'un 15. maddesi uyarınca; belirli bir tarihte veya dönemde ifa edilecek konaklama, taşıma, eğlence veya dinlenme amacıyla yapılan hizmet sözleşmeleri cayma hakkı kapsamı dışındadır. Kongre kaydı bu nitelikte bir hizmet olduğundan cayma hakkı uygulanmaz; iptal ve iade talepleri yalnızca Madde 5'teki politika çerçevesinde değerlendirilir.

Pursuant to Article 15 of Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for accommodation, transport, entertainment or leisure services to be provided on a specific date or period. As congress registration constitutes such a service, the right of withdrawal is not applicable; cancellation and refund requests are handled solely under the policy set out in Article 5.

7KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN KORUNMASI / PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Alıcı'ya ait kişisel veriler, 6698 sayılı KVKK kapsamında yalnızca kongre organizasyonu ve yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi amacıyla işlenmektedir. Personal data of the Buyer is processed solely for the purposes of congress organisation and fulfilment of legal obligations, in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698). Data is not shared with third parties except where necessary for congress organisation. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

8UYUŞMAZLIK / DISPUTE RESOLUTION

İşbu sözleşmeden doğan uyuşmazlıklarda Antalya Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Antalya Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

In disputes arising from this agreement, the Antalya Consumer Arbitration Committees and Antalya Courts shall have jurisdiction.

9YÜRÜRLÜK / ENTRY INTO FORCE

Alıcı, ödeme adımında ilgili onay kutusunu işaretleyerek işbu sözleşmeyi okuduğunu ve kabul ettiğini beyan eder.

By checking the acceptance box at the payment step, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted this agreement.
