Early Registration Extended to 15 September 2026
WorldLeish8 Congress 2027 — Organizing Committee
Following a number of messages from prospective delegates who — owing to the summer holiday period and the internal administrative and approval procedures required by their institutions — were unable to finalise their registration in time for the early-registration rate, the WorldLeish8 Organizing Committee has carefully reviewed these requests.
To enable the widest possible participation of the leishmaniasis research community and to ensure equal opportunity for all colleagues, the Committee has decided to extend the early-registration period.
The early-registration rate now applies until 15 September 2026 (inclusive).
This is an exceptional, one-time extension; 15 September 2026 is the final deadline, and the standard rate will apply from 16 September 2026 onwards.
We sincerely thank all colleagues who have already registered — your early support is invaluable and greatly appreciated.
Please note that congress-rate accommodation and certain participation options are limited; we therefore encourage you to complete your registration and reserve your accommodation at your earliest convenience.
